Charcuterie Board (serves 3-4)

Creamy French Brie, rich Sartori BellaVitano Cabernet Sauvignon, sharp aged Cheddar, and indulgent Champignon Cambozola.  Paired with savory Summer Sausage and Salame, crackers, nuts, olives and grapes.  ​

Cheese Board 

Creamy French Brie, rich Sartori, BellaVitano Cabernet Sauvignon, sharp aged Cheddar, and indulgent Chapignon Cambozola paired with assorted crackers.

Hummus w/ Veggies and Pita

Silky hummus topped with extra virgin olive oil and paprika, accompanied with carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and pita.  

Chocolates

4 small batch dark chocolate with sea salt and caramels.

A rotating selection of Caviar from The Caviar Co of San Francisco. Served with your choice of Pringles or Blini & Crème Fraiche (1 oz). Our Crème Fraiche is a French-style cultured cream that is a perfect addition to any caviar. It is a rich, nutty, and tart flavor, which complements the briny tastes of the ocean.

Classic White Sturgeon

This fine Italian White Sturgeon is creamy on the palate with an oceanic flavor profile and briny finish. 

Royal White Sturgeon

This splendid California White Sturgeon starts with a silky, nutty taste and finishes with a smooth, buttery savor. 

Kaluga Hybrid

A large pearl ranging in color from glistening bronze to a golden brown. This firm egg will give you a true pop and has notes of umami with an earthy finish.
